It has a very intricate Victorian design on both the front and back. It's a stunning piece in wonderful condition, and the elastic band is also in excellent condition to hold your non filtered cigarettes intact. It has a blank cartouche on the lid; perfect for engraving. It is also hallmarked on the clasp Elde Alpacca. There is no damage to this case, with only slight tarnish
