Gorgeous black sheath dress embellished with long self fabric fringe by designer Alfred Werber. Circa late 1960s. Medium weight deep black rayon sheath dress with diagonal bust darts and front and back vertical darts for a flattering fit. Scoop neckline with self fabric piping and 8 1 2" long self fabric rolled fringe which cascades over the shoulders onto the arms and the front and back of the dress
