Ciel Pleated DressA fitted dress, completely pleated at the front with an asymmetric hem. Added asymmetrical fringe stitched to the hem for extra drama. Please note, the fringe added is extremely delicate and has to be treated with the utmost care. Rough use can cause it to fall off or fray.
