SM spécial Cagna 2022A blend of Marsanne, Sauvignon Blanc, Viognier & Cinsault grown on Villafranchian deposit on basalt bedrock in Pzenas (Hrault Valley). Direct pressing of Cinsault and Marsanne, infused with destemmed Sauvignon and Viognier grapes, macerated for 18 days. Aged in vats for 8 months. No sulfites or anything else added, unfiltered. Appearance: Full bodied, Basalt & White Fruits
