Reads in full: "Dear Fraser, I am asking a few of my Parliamentary colleagues to Luncheon on Thursday, March 11th, at 1 p. m., and I should be so glad if you could come., Yours sincerely. Winston S. Churchill". Clearly signed in black fountain pen ink. Item in very fine condition, with slight soiling. A wonderful item signed
