2009 Tulip Dining Table, Model 173O by Eero Saarinen for Knoll in White with Light Oak 42 inch Top #2This is a Pedestal Dining Table, Model 173O, originally designed in 1956 by Eero Saarinen for Knoll. This particular piece was produced in the USA in 2009. The base is formed of molded cast aluminum which is coated in a white satin finish. Its top is made of light Oak veneer with a Cathedral grain over medium density fiberboard. The top is finished with a beveled edge, giving the piece its iconic side profile. The Knoll stamp is present on the bottom

While this piece is pre-owned and may show signs of use

and the chrome base has some errant scratches when looking closely

which does not affect the chair functionally

though may show some minimal signs of wear only from transportation to our warehouse and storage
