The piece is in excellent unused condition. It measures 5 inches in length by 3 1 2 inches in width. The lighter was tested and works flawlessly. This piece will need lighter fluid, as we are unable to ship with flammable liquids inside. It needs no tools to fill, just slip the top of the lighter out of the main case and fill where you see the red felt. This
