This is a very interesting horn that took many hours to make and was also a costly project. The finish on the horn is limited to some dings, dents, surface scratches, and other signs of character. The most notable dent is located close to the first branch. I

The horn does have some dings

The valve cap is brand new from the Holton factory and ships for free in the Lower 48 States

but never have I had a task of trying to describe the provenance of a Lawson Horn

I believe the case is the original 866 case

The ring set has threading compatible with Alexander Rings

all of the tuning slides and valve caps pull freely
