Wood Box Purse 1940s Anton Pieck 3D Picture Handmade Box Victorian Style Purse OOAKThis is a lovely vintage 1940's wood box or luggage style purse with a 3D Anton Pieck picture under glass. The purse is painted in an antiqued very dark grey green blue paint, and measures approximately 9 inches by 7 inches by 3 1 2 inches. The depth of the interior is only 1 1 2 inches, due to the shadow box style front. It has a brass metal closure, hinges, swivel handle and four ball style feet. The interior is lined with a clean green velvet

It measures approximately 6 inches in height including the frame and clasp

The tin has a pretty litho graphic of a geisha girl on the front

the mesh handle adds an additional 6 inch drop

with a year that is hard to read

and includes both of the original powder puffs

and height is approximately 14mm
