Vajra

VajraA laser cut wall sculpture inspired by a Vajra, a ritual object to symbolize both the properties of a diamond (indestructibility) and a thunderbolt (irresistible force). It was made with a laser cutter using several layers of 1 4inch birch wood. Also available in my shop as a four sided vajra instead of a two sided one! The sculpture also features both dichroic acrylic which changes colors based on your angle and the lighting

The inspiration for this piece came from the Hermetic symbol of the Caduceus
