1960s Made to Measure Cabinet by Cees Braakman for Pastoe in TeakThis is a modular cabinet credenza from the Made to Measure series designed by Cees Braakman and produced by Pastoe in The Netherlands circa early 1960s. It consists of four parts; Two cupboards with sliding doors, a chest of drawers, and a pullout surface that can be used for a desk surface. This particular example is in excellent vintage condition with original keys. See photos. The cabinet measures 96 inches long by 18 inches deep and 54 inches

vintage Bodil Kjaer furniture is unbelievably rare and only recently have manufacturers such as Fritz Hansen begun reproducing them

The design’s dimensions also render the piece appropriate for use as a dining table if desired

The chairs are in very good vintage condition with some wear noted to the frames

It can be used for any number of functions

but the silhouette wasn’t reproduced until 1977 when Nelson and Lowy collaborated in the production of a handful of designs
