CSM | Craigmillar | Carrot Cake Topping | 10kgThis cream cheese topping is ready to use straight from the tub (spread or pipe) and perfect for finishing off round or sheet carrot cakes. Made with milk cream, egg white and with a minimum of 3. 5% cheese content, it has a rich, creamy flavour and smooth, light texture. Whilst perfect for finishing fresh cakes, this topping is not recommend for freeze thaw or overwrapping.
Just place on a tray in a 170 / 175 degree heat oven for 16 - 18 minutes
