It has a lighter on one end, and a lipstick case in the other end. It also has a pretty black tassel accent. This lighter measures 3 inches in length, not including the tassel. It has a new flint installed, and works flawlessly. Easy to fill by just slipping the lighter out of the tube, and adding lighter fluid. Perfect for the lady, no tools needed
