1952 DCW Dining Chair by Charles and Ray Eames for Herman Miller in Walnut with Black Leather UpholsteryThis is a mega rare upholstered Eames DCW dining chair, dating to March of 1952. It has the 5 2 4 screw pattern underneath, indicating early Herman Miller production. Its also stamped "3 52," which was how they date stamped those chairs at that time. This example is in very good to excellent vintage condition with some light wear from use and nice patina. See photos. The hardware appears to be completely original and wood is walnut. They came from a notable Miami Beach home and had been passed down to the previous owner by their parents over 40 years ago

This chair's original upholstered pad is generally in very nice condition
