Jamaican Scotch Bonnet sourced from Jamaica and grown in Seattle, Washington, thyme, allspice, ginger, garlic and white wine vinegar. This can be used as a traditional table sauce like you would use hot sauce. It can also be combined with balsamic vinegar to create a flavorful salad
