A stunning and extremely rare handmade gold tone compact with red and blue enameled detailing, and a hand painted raised ladies portrait on porcelain with metallic foil accents. The gorgeous portrait is surrounded by pearls. The beautifully ornate framed beveled mirror is also in excellent condition;

The lenses are clear and the gold tone metal is bright and shiny
