2001 Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen Knoll Series 7 Stacking and Interlocking ChairsListed for sale is a series 7 chair designed by Arne Jacobsen and produced by Fritz Hansen in Denmark. The listing is for each individual chair, however, eight are available. These chairs were specified in natural maple and also have the hidden interlocking mechanism option, which can expand to interlock or hide to look slim as the typical series 7 chairs do. The condition overall is very nice with some light wear from use. See photos for reference.

This particular example is stamped EVANS onto the back of the plywood top

Condition is very good to excellent with some wear from use

It has a gold patterned laminate top and cast aluminum base (iconic and recognizable as it relates to other Girard works)

These appear to have been reupholstered somewhat recently (in the last 10-15 years perhaps) in a dark red wool material

Each of these chairs is crafted from Oak and upholstered in what seems to be black leather
